Step by Step Instructions for E-Mail:
Using Twitter for communicating is all the rage right now. It works by allowing people to stay in touch with groups of friends by sending a single text message to a short-code mobile phone number: 40404. CU-Citizen Access monitors Twitter in our community for interesting nuggets of information. If you want to catch our attention, or pass some useful information, send out a Tweet.
